Pulnil wants to know why the Baron was not pleased with his offering. There is someone in Riliss that may have the answer.
1) Speak with Klok Ilesia in Riliss. The easiest way to Riliss from here is to take the nearby Sokokar post. Once in town, you'll find Klok Ilesia in the building closest to the Sokokar post, in the corenr (-781, -223).
2) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and you will be able to take the next quest, Welcome to the Jungle.
