1) I need to kill (6) Nathsar stonebeaks and gather their feathers. I need to kill (6) Kunarkian tuskers and gather their feet. You can find some of these in the fields near Omen's Call, west of Riliss. Get there by taking the road south out of Riliss and then follow it to the west (-206, 219).
2) I need to speak with Merchant Vix in Riliss.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +5,000 Riliss and you will be able to take the next quest, Sarnshak Baubles.
