Vix has one last task for you, to gather some fur from the Brutes that tend the crystals.
1) I need to kill the crystal whisperers and tenders and take their shaggy fur (10). From the quest journal:
"Merchant Vix would like me to gather some of the shaggy fur from the brutes who guard the crystals south and east of town."
Take the western road out of town and follow it towards Sathir's Span. Before you see the Span, veer left (east) off the road to find the level 73-74 Crystal Whisperers and Tenders (-467, 176). Every mob dropped the fur I needed.
2) I need to speak with Merchant Vix in Riliss.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +5,000 Riliss, and either Hawker's Bangles or Hawker's Girdle.
