Nessin tells you how some Sarnshak have set up camp very close to town.
1) (15) Sarnshak sentries slain. Nessin says to you:
"...the Sarnshak have moved into the area just west of Riliss and set up some kind of camp there."
I found some level 71 Sarnshak Sentries north and a bit east of Riliss, in the same area where the Prowlers prowl (-1039, -548).
2) Speak with Drill Master Nessin.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +5,000 Riliss, and you will be able to take the next quest, Sarnshak Saboteur.
