Sarnshak Rebellion, The
On the premise that one's enemy's enemy is one's friend, Nessin wants you to talk to the Exiled Sarnshak, and tell him how you found the order for his execution on one of the Sentries.
1) Locate Exile Grislihn. Nessin says to you:
"I doubt he will be far, as the Sarnshak sentries appear to still be combing that small forest. That tells me they believe he's still nearby. If he has followers in the encampment still, it would be reasonable that he would remain near there to try and connect with them. Search in that area first."
Nessin also gives you some money to help persuade the Exile, if needed. Go back to where the Sentries roam, and head towards the mountains, to the northwest. Exile Grislihn will be in the nook of a large tree, facing the mountains and nearby Frontier Bighorns (-670, -878).
2) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Faction: +5,000 Riliss, and you will be able to take the next quest, The Sarnshak Rebellion.
