Gilriss is in need of more Tuskers.
1) Return three Kunarkian tuskers. Gilriss says to you:
"All right then, here is your equipment. Take this lash out to the Fens, and seek out the tuskers where they roam. Use the lash to hold them in place, then lead them back here to the pen. Should be simple, but beware of their temper. You'll have a far easier time if they don't see you."
Put the "a tusker leash" in your hotkey bar for easy access, first off. You can find some of these in the fields near Omen's Call, west of Riliss. Get there by taking the road south out of Riliss and then follow it to the west (-206, 219). There are also a number of level 71 Kunarkian Tuskers closer to the Kylong Plains zone-in (98, 1071). Get close enough for the Tusker Leash to be useable (this is just out of aggro range), and use it to capture one. You'll get a message that says:
"You have leashed a tusker! Remember to return him to the tusker pen in Riliss."
Note that once you have engaged one in combat, you can no longer capture it. Once you have your three tuskers trailing along behind you, make your way north to Riliss. I suspect you cannot fly on a Sokokar with these things, but I did not test it out. Also, do not get too far ahead of your tuskers, and bring them straight to Gilriss the Handler. For whatever reason, Brasse and I both brought back three, but only two of them were accepted. If you have troubles, you may wish to try bringing them back 1-2 at a time.
2) Speak with Gilriss the Handler.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, Dracurion Militiamen's Gauntlets, and Faction: +2,000 Riliss.
