Consol Klinsen
The Iksar and Goblins do not trust each other and are leery of working together, even when they must. Consol Klinsen (-861, +57, -153) in Riliss will ask you to act as a go-between for him with the Goblins of the Drogan Exile Camp.
1. Speak with Seerbassador Chylik.
The quest journal states: "I must find and negotiate with the goblins of Droga." On the southwest side of the Field of Bone, you will find the Drogan Exile Camp. Bind to the Sokokar post here, for it will come in very handy in upcoming quests.
Within the first large stone hut, you will find Seerbassador Chylik (-559, -1316). He is pretty ornery, but at least he'll talk to you. Follow the quest dialog path of your choice until your quest updates with "the message has been delivered".
2. I must earn faction with the Drogans before the Seerbassador will respond.
Do all available quests in the immediate area, and that will be plenty of faction for you.
Return to the Seerbassador and you'll see the red book of quest-turn-in above his head.
He says, "More stories! Yes yes! More stories of your courage before I help!"
Uh-huh. Just press the matter and he relents, giving you the response you need.
3. Return to Consol Klinsen.
Assuming that you have the Sokokar posts tagged, your fastest route back to Rillis is to fly from Drogan Exiles > Bellywhumper Burrows > Riliss. Alternatively, run back and wish you'd tagged those posts.
Once in Riliss, you'll find Consol Klinsen (at -861, +57, -153). Let him know that you have a response from the Seerbassador. The positive response has encouraged him to go to speak to the goblins directly.
