Extermadier Blodd is found within the Exiles of Droga Camp, at -680, -204, -1310.
Blodd is mad at the Bonedigger Burynai, because he is tasked with killing the "bugs" that they use to guard the Field of Bone. He is tired of it, and wants to recruit you to kill the scorpions for him instead.
I recommend that you take the Drogan quests "Crystal Mountain" and "Scaley Wolfies" at the same time, for the targets are all in the same area.
I find it fastest to take the Sokokar post to the Bellywhumper Burrows, and then head north into the Field of Bone. There are TONS of scorpions in that immediate area.
Run southeast to the Sokokar post in the Bellywhumper Burrows and it will make for a speedy (and safe!) return to the Drogan Exile encampment.
Blodd is very pleased with your work and rewards you happily. There is no further quest in this series.

1. Slay Boneclaw Scorpions (15)

2. Return to Extermadier Blodd.
