The Goblin Revenge quest takes place in Field of Bone. Pick up the quest from the small notice at -601,-204,-1302 near the door of the goblin building in the Drogan Exile Camp.
"A beast known as Thazolu is prowling near the Drogan Exile Camp, and the Drogans have put a price on his head. He was last seen roaming within the Field of Bone. If I can kill the creature, I must report to Captenant Luisis in the Drogan Exile Camp."
This gives you the quest to kill the named scorpikis Thazolu. There are various theories for his spawn cycle, none of which I've been able to prove true (a lot of them are false, though).
1. Kill Thazolu
If he is up, you'll find him wandering around the Scorpikis area to the west of Kurn's tower. He's a level 75^ soloable mob. Drag him towards the wall to avoid getting adds.
2. Take Thazolu's head to Captenant Liusis
Once you've killed him, report to Captenant Liusis, who is found at -605,-203,-1284 in the Drogan Exile Camp, outside on the left side of the door where the notice was. He'll reward you with a Scimitar, coin and 10,000 faction.
