STEPS:
1) Speak to Grum in the Spire Shadow Outpost area of Greater Faydark (-466, 126, 481). The spider legs were not enough, now he wants a bucket of fay drake wings.
2) Kill Underwood Fae Drakes in the area until your quest is updated. You can find them alongside the river, although you may need to clear snakes and/or spiders to get a Fae Drake to spawn (-415, 19, 180 or -304, 50, 27).
3) Return to Grum for your reward. You may now take another quest (Part III) from him, if you so desire.
