Quest text:
I need to travel to the waters of Omen’s Churn in the Fens of Nathsar. There I need to find the Wounded of the Water and get a report.
* Speak with the nameless druid in the Fens of Nathsar. Omen’s Churn is located near the Yha-lei area between Bathezid’s Watch and Sathir’s Span. The nameless druid is underwater at loc 443, -125, 497.
Hail, Nameless druid.
"What purpose allows your eyes a glimpse into my realm?"
I am Cryth. Veryn sent me.
"Then there is an issue. What can I do for you?"
Veryn would like a report from you.
"Gladly. The sentient water collects my information for me."
Where can I find the sentient water?
"Captured by the Yha-lei hydromancers, unfortunately."
I will rescue them.
"It is a favor I shan’t forget. The hydromancers keep bits of the sentient water near to them. When in mortal danger, they will sometimes imbibe this water to strengthen themselves. When you get a hydromancer near death, you can use the power siphon to draw forth the sentient water."
I will rescue them.
"It will draw the water out of the hydromancer suddenly and violently. The hydromancer will die, and the water collected can be brought back to me to get your information."
All right.
* Collect 10 essences of merged Yha-lei hydromancers. Use the hydromancer power siphon given to you by the Wounded of the Water to obtain the essences when the Yha-lei hydromancers drop below 30% health.
* Give the 10 merged Yha-lei essences to the Wounded of the Water to gather the report.
"Have you collected the water?"
Yes.
"Nicely done. Now I shall see what may be happening. Allow me a moment."
Of course.

"Hmm…"
Yes?
"It would appear that all is well here, druid."

* Return to Veryn P’Neru. Note: it is best to complete all four of the "Wounded" quests (Air, Earth, Fire, Water) before returning to Veryn. She will only award you the next quest in the series, "Broken Barrier: Elemental Bindings", once all four are complete.
