Completing the 4 Broken Barrier: Wounded quests leads to Broken Barrier: Elemental Bindings. It is best to complete all four Wounded quests before returning to Veryn, to save time.
* Talk to Veryn P’Neru in Darklight Wood (446, -16, -267) at the top of the Shadowed Oak.
Quest text:
In order to reforge the Bite of the Wolf, Veryn P’Neru needs me to collect three elemental bindings. I should speak with Har K’Vizin at the bottom of the Shadow Oak to find out where I can start my search.
* Find the elemental binding of air.
* Find the elemental binding of water.
* Find the elemental binding of fire.

Greetings.
Greetings. I am seeking elemental bindings of air, earth, and water. Veryn said you may know where to look.
Indeed. What do you need to find?
I need an elemental binding of air.
I’ve heard tales of the Sathirian empire gifting a young drolvarg warrior with an elemental binding of air. I have not heard any information about it moving on from his possession, so I believe he still has it. His name was Levik. Anything else?
I need an elemental binding of water.
I’m not sure where you can find one. However, I’ve heard tales of impressive water constructs originating in Chardok. It wouldn’t be held by a lower-ranked Di’Zok however. I would start my search with higher ranked mages within Chardok.
I need an elemental binding of fire.
I do not know his name, but I know just who holds such an object, and I know precisely where he fled to: Sebilis. Search prominent mages of Sebilis and I am sure you will find what you’re looking for.
* Find the elemental binding of air.
Seek out Sergeant Levik in Karnors Castle. Level 73^^^ Heroic drolvarg at loc 128, -36, 136. His placeholder is a drolvarg lookout. Only Sergeant Levik will drop the elemental binding of air. Be cautious when fighting him as he has a knockback and will drop you in the moat if you aren’t careful!
* Find the elemental binding of water.
Seek out the Gorowyn archimages in Chardok near the palace. The archimages are usually grouped up with the roaming patrols. Just keep killing them until you find the elemental binding of water. The sarnaks in this area are 83-84^^^ heroic fights.
* Find the elemental binding of fire.
Seek out Master Arcanist Guroth in the hidden room in the Sebilis library. You can access the hidden room by twisting the candle on the table at loc -307, -23, 324. Master Arcanist Guroth is an 82^^^ Heroic fight at loc -297, -26, 373. The trickiest part of this fight is just getting to him as the library and laboratory is filled top to bottom with spell casters!
* Return to Veryn P’Neru with the elemental bindings.
