A Necessary Step
If you wish to serve the deity Innoruuk, this is your starter quest. There are five quests in the entire series.
STEPS:
1) Speak to Xilania Nevagon near the Combine Spires in Greater Faydark (-496, 46, 271).
2) Talk to Velric Torch in Antonica. You'll find Velric north of the Glade of the Coven in eastern Antonica, underneath the aqueduct (-1496, -12, -368).
3) Velric sends you to intercept an invitation from Vilma Abatro, whom you'll find outside the Keep of the Ardent Needle in Antonica (-575, -14, -305).
4) After hailing Vilma, go back to Velric. Velric is brimming with plans on forging the letter, and lacing it with an anger potion. To do so, he'll need you to bring him some salty tears.
5) Collect 5 salty tears (harvestable flowers) along the riverbank near where Velric is. Bring these to Velric.
6) Deliver one letter to Henry Maxwell Denalis, in the middle of Windstalker Village in Antonica (-1863, -38, -535).
7) Deliver the other letter to Perinius Abatro in the Keep of the Gnollslayers in Antonica. Go up the stairs inside the Keep, and then out onto the rampart (though you may be able to hail him from below) (-2113, -40, 440).
8) Go back to Velric Torch. He will give you Perinius' Log.
9) Read the log from your inventory, and then talk to Velric again.
10) Speak with Perinius again, whom you'll now find beside a tree near the lake back in Windstalker Village (-1930, -32, -527).
11) Immediately after talking with Perinius, a picnic scene which you must witness will commence. Watch this, then return to Velric again.
12) This completes the Into the Fold quest, and will open up quest number 2 in the Innoruuk series: Rage Unleashed. In addition, you will receive +1250 faction with Innoruuk, the Humble Altar of Innoruuk, and your choice of Innoruuk's Metal Signet or Innoruuk's Murky Sigil.
