This portion of the Fury Epic Quest walkthrough is authored by:

Tejan (80 Fury) Mistmoore
Speak to Thelia to recieve a new quest [85 Restored to Glory] and she indicates that you "...should seek out a gnome capable of restoring the schimitar." She mentions in her dialog a "tinkerer gnome". Hmmm?
Steamfont Mountains here we come!!
Head to the Windmill and talk to Gimble Tinkerton @ -1100,144,1100 for your update. He tells you to "...do what is necessary to restore the power to the drained wrath of nature".
As payment for helping you he wants from you:
- 15 undamaged jade and iron golem parts (City of Mist in northeastern Kunzar Jungle)
- 25 drachnid legs (Kylong Plains)
- 15 unblemished sokokar wings (Fens of Nathsar)
and.... prepare yourselves:
- 4 mantrap roots (no, you can't buy them from broker or trade them for updates, you must harvest by hand) and
- 5 smoldering materials (same as mantrap roots).
Most of these are straightforward items, but the Mandrake roots are extremely rare.
Note: The Reet Encampment in Kunzar Jungle seemed to give more "mandrake roots" than anywhere else. I even got 2 roots from one node!
Once you finish gathering the requested items go back to Gimble Tinkerton in Steamfont Mountains at the windmill for an update. He tells you to Chelsith and gather goo from the Leviathan's excretions.
