This is part of the Provisioner Epic Quest series.
Credits:

Travel to Rivervale, off the Enchanted Lands zone.
Enter Fool's Gold; from the front entrance head through to the main room, then hang a left. There should be a door leading to a small room with a golden-haired halfling woman by the name of Neeta Cabbageleaf (-61, -17, -9).
Greet her & choose the response about the family name of Cabbageleaf, then what recipes her grandmother brought home, then the jum-jum comment. Follow the rest of the conversation. She sends you to Greater Faydark to the Nursery to find the Matron of the Nursery.
If you've started a fae during Ecoes of Faydwer or did the signature quest for Eitholi Blade of the Fae, then you should have an idea where to head to find the Matron. The Nursery lies north of the main portion of Greater Faydark, and is accessed via a narrow canyon.
The Matron then sends you off to Steamfont in search of Maladominus Poxbringer in Gnomeland Security in the Steamfont Mountains. Once up the wall, go around to the entrance & he's found in a building straight ahead and off to the left (roughly -528, 175, 990).
The conversation is pretty straight-forward: He sends you to find spare parts for a machine that should assist you in your plight in the next quest.
All of these are random ground spawns in Steamfont Mountains that act like harvest nodes and have the title 'scrap heap' regardless of how they look, except for the nightshade:
- 15 Eternal Nightshade (found only in the Somborn Cemetary in LP)
- 10 Used Grease (oil cans like Tin Man used in Wizard of Oz)
- A rusted Water Pump (up-right half-buried gear usually found near the walls)
- A Used Power Source (pile of junk looking item found in the tunnel leading to Loping Plains)
- 20 Gnomish Bolts (gears lying flat on the ground)
You can either grab the scraps on your way to Loping Plains or on the way back, whichever is easiest. If you have a low level adventurer/high level crafter (like me), the easiest way to get to the cemetary is to enter Loping Plains, just die & revive. Puts you right where you want to be!
After getting all the request items, it's time to head back to Maladominus. He'll take them then make a gadget, which you then take back to Neeta in Rivervale to end this part of your epic quest and start the next... "Anything for JumJum"!
