This is part of the Provisioner Epic Quest series.

This part is now directly related to your tradeskill type, as Neeta sends you off in search of items you will need for a specific recipe just for you.
You're now headed to Nektropos Castle in Nektulos Forest. The instance is Nektropos Castle: Craftsman Errands. Here is a link to the Nektropos map; the mobs marked on it are for the regular version, but the layout is the same.
There are aggro rats about 15-20 levels (and heroic) above your level but they seem to have a small aggro range.
Head for the forge room first. You'll hear dolls talking as you near the room. As you open the door, they all scatter and leave an 'unusual cauldron' behind.
"Well it's about time someone showed up, a little longer and I'd have been a melted lump of ore in the forge!"
You say, "Uhh... you talk?"
It sure does! Go ahead & have a conversation.
The cauldron will tell you how to get around the rats by giving you the subquest "Building a Better Rat Trap".
In the forge room is a handy forge, a bookshelf with the recipe for a rat trap and a barrel containing scrap metal.
In the entrance to the stables on your immediate left should be scraps of wood.
Hugging the wall to the right until you reach the doors will lead you to a hallway into the broken staircase. Take two lefts into the kitchen area (13, 0, -27) where you will find a small cauldron over a fire containing old food remains for bait.
With these items in hand, head back to the forge room & crank out your rat traps. If you do it right you should receive 20 traps, which is enough to get you where you need to go and back again.
Ok off for the items!
Head back to the kitchen where you found the old food remains. To the right is the dining area with 3 rats. One trap is good for one rat only, so you'll have to repeat for each rat. Staying out of aggro range, drop a trap on the ground & wait. If the rat comes up to it & dies, then you're good. Repeat until the room is safe to enter. The bottle (32, -.12, -16) is on the second table away from you.
Turn back around & head out of the kitchen towards the storage room which is to the left (37,0,-52). There are two rats right by the door. Drop a trap for each then grab the very old bucket of fish on the table.
From the storage room head back to your left towards the storeroom (22,-.79,-69). There are three rats in there, so trap them and grab the dusty picnic basket that's sitting on the right wall between the sacks.
Now we head back to Neeta in Rivervale yet again to complete this part & receive your class recipe, "The Proof in the Pudding".
