This is part of the Inquisitor Epic Quest line.

You have already obtained A Defaced Leaflet from the beach in Jarsath Wastes or from within Chelsith.
You must now head to Teren’s Grasp in the Kylong Plains(map linked). Once in Teren’s Grasp head to the Hall of Conviction building and speak with Isa Fernandi ( 2015, 487, -694 ).
She will send you to get the Rock Disassembler from JP Pogglebody. He is also in Teren’s Grasp, in the Stealth and Skullduggery building (1766, 483, -1020).
Now you must head back to the Jarsath Wastes. You will have to talk to a Yha-lei named Yothe K’lohgk (630, -48, 1275). He stands on a rock in the water near to the entrance of Chelsith, if you have already done the Leviacide quest you should be familiar with this Yha-lei NPC.
Mr. (or possible Mrs. who can tell?) K’lohgk will have you weaken the power of the Leviathan. The first part of doing this is to gather up some barrels of rotten fish which you will later feed the the hungry Leviathan.
You must use your gathering skill to pick up 5 barrels of rotten fish, these are found on the beach near Chelsith and at the mouth of the river that feeds into the ocean near the beach. If you can’t find 5 right away don’t worry, just wait near where you found some earlier and they respawn after a short wait.
Now is when you call in your pals and head down into Chelsith.
Before you do make sure that you know the language Goblish as your next update requires it. This is as simple as going to a goblin-infested area and collecting their language drops; Enchanted Lands and Runnyeye are popular destinations for goblin-bowling.
You will have several steps to complete in Chelsith but the most important thing to do is remember to NOT kill the Mucus of the Deep One while running around getting other updates because this will be your last step inside of Chelsith. With a 30 hour lockout you really don’t want to mess up the order of events.
Within Chelsith and right near the entrance is another Yha-lei NPC named Uguaz Tysk (-9, 5, 398). He is your next update and you must speak Goblish to talk to him.
Uguaz Tysk Sends you to destroy the 4 Idols within Chelsith. These are the statues located on top of 4 of the 5 ramps where the Yha-lei named spawn (the 5th is the Shrine which you do not need). To destroy the Idols you must stand next to them and activate your Rock Disassembler.
Idol of Sustenance ( 395, 50, -219 )
Idol of Leviathan ( -345, 36, -281 ) (Note that the location popup reads Idol of Obedience)
Idol of Exultation ( -4, 38, -408 )
Idol of Dominion (-130, 38, 352)
You must now take the 5 Barrels of Rotten Fish you collected earlier to the Feeding Chamber. This is the first leviathan pool to the west of the entrance. I placed the barrels with no problems around the edge of the pool so I know that placement works. Just click on the barrels (or hotbar them) like any potion item for placement.
Feeding Chamber:
The last step in Chelsith involves killing the Mucus of the Deep One, which is why it was important to NOT kill it earlier!
Once you are done in Chelsith you must return to Isa Fernandi to inform her of your work. She will complete your quest Defender of the Faith and gives you a Crumbling Sathirian Scroll. Examining the scroll will start the next quest in the Inquisitor Epic Questline called The Saga of Yasva V’Alear.
