Necromancer Epic Quest Line
The Bones of Insanity
This is part of the Necromancer Epic Quest line, resulting in the Fabled version of Insanity's Rapture.

The heroic epic for the Necromancer starts in the basement of the Academy of Arcane Science in North Freeport. You must be level 80 for the NPC to talk to you. Also note that the quest itself won’t really start until you speak to a few other NPCs in sequence.
Find the Dark Elf NPC named Tohsa B’hondus (+5.58, -37.95, -108.96) and talk with her a bit. The conversation can vary depending on what high end raid mobs you have killed in the past. The two I personally saw were Taranax and Mayong as topics in the conversation. There is a third option to do the talking if you haven’t killed the raid mobs. Regardless of whether you have killed them or not, the conversation still ends the same and you are left not knowing what to do: that’s what I’m here for.
As you leave the Academy you will overhear one of the other NPCs in a conversation about Tohsa killing her own instructor. Guess who you need to go find?
