The Healing of Amree:

after healing Aliona Maybelle in Teren's Grasp, she offers you the first step on your Templar Epic Quest line:

1. Travel to Greater Faydark and head to the tip top of Kelethin, to The Fae Royal Hall. Find Milika Vikaarinen, she is the Fae Royal Defense Minister and can be found at 421, 136, 259. She explains to you that Queen Amree is extremely ill. Once you offer to help her, she tells you that the Royal Apothecary should be able to help Queen Amree with the help of four rare ingredients: the essence of the nightblooming desert rose, a wind reagent, some mucus from the Mucus of the Deep One, and a couple of smoldering materials.
Note that these cannot be done out of order.

2. First you must speak to somebody who knows about the desert rose and how to extract its essence. You can find just the person in the city of Maj'Dul. His name is Scholar Al'Shir and he can be found in front of the Library of Light at -201, 166, -158. He will give you an extractor and tell you how to use it. The Nightblooming Desert Rose can be found at -357, -90, -432. True to its name, the rose is only visible at night (in game time) - so wait til darkness falls and it will show soon enough.

3. Head to Barren Sky and make your way to Whisperwind Isle. At -680.89, 8.45, -500.72, you will find Silverbeak. Note that climbing will be needed as he is above the Nest instance; this can make it difficult for people unfamiliar with the area to find him using the map alone - so heads up. After a very short conversation with Silverbeak, he sells it to you for 4pp. If you don't have the platinum readily available, there is a bank close to Silverbeak.

4. Next, you need to get a group together and head to Chelsith. The entrance to Chelsith can be found in the Jarsath Wastes at 580, -130, 1452. The mob you need is named the Mucus of the Deep One and is far to the left of the entrance. Since the entire zone is a huge circle, it's nearly impossible to miss him - simply take a left at the fork. Be very careful as there are various pieces of flying excrement in the air (OMG. I know - like totally grody, right?). Even the most experienced players will fall to them if careless, so watch the mobs pathing up above. After you beat up this living resultant of biological function and retrieve some mucus, it is time to move on to the final ingredient.

5. Lastly, you will need 2 Smoldering Materials. These can be found on any type of harvesting node in any overland Kunark zone but they are fairly rare - so find a place you are comfortable harvesting and hop to it. Don't worry if it takes a while to find them, it's a roll of the dice so to speak.

6. After you get the 2 Smoldering Materials, head back to Kelethin in Greater Faydark. Once again return to the Fae Royal Hall. This time, however, go upstairs to the Royal Apothecary, Orika Vikaarinen at 421.51, 142.95, 239.01. According to Orika, Queen Amree's condition is worsening. Having done all you can, give her the ingredients and go about other business. Within minutes, you will receive mail!

7. You have mail! Check your mailbox and you will find a joyful letter from Orika Vikaarinen! In thanks, Queen Amree has written you herself! Apparently, you deeds remind her of a famous templar named Lolindiir. She thinks you could learn much from his life story and, as such, tells you to ask Aliona Maybelle of him. This opens up the last quest in the series: Wounds of the Heart.
