First things first, my name is St’avery, and I’ll be your guide on this journey. A wild sarnak from Gorowyn, and reside on the Luncan D’Lere server.
To start we have to say, first you have to have a real berserker. Let’s be honest, if you are a squishy little fae, reroll and become something useful, like a meal for my bar. Now I’m not saying you have to carry a dinner plate on you arm, heck, I don’t know what a buckler is really, but if you are going to be a berserker, then you need to be a berserker. A fae going crazy is just a spoiled brat throwing a fit. HA HA!
The journey isn’t as epic as I am, but here we go.

Before you can start the quest you have to unlock a special instance in Nektulos Forest. There is no quest for this part. Go to the Sinking Sands and find the Kerran ghost, Apprentice Neemari, in a cave accessible through the water in the bay of anuk. ( -1026, -230, -1209 ) From the Sinking Sands docks take the carpet up to the Twin Tears then waltz down to the bay and hop on in. His cave is the one on the eastern side of the bay. Swim to the back of the bay and speak to our ethereal friend.

Talk to him and listen to his story. He is angry about an autocratic wizard with a big ego. Neemari was left bound to this rock, while the wizard returned to Nektulos. He claims it was his superior skills that made the wizard kill him. He won’t tell you his secrets though, as the first time he tried that he died.

You promise revenge and he lets you in on the story. Once he is done talking he tells you to do with the story as you please, but he is done with you.

There is no quest but this is the only way to open the special instance of Dire Hollow in Nektulous forest. Now you have to swim around the island to get back to the carpet. A quick trip through Freeport and you buy yourself a nice one way ticket on a cruise dingy to Nek Forest.

There is no quick way to the instance. My preference is to take a griffon to N’Mar’s Ascent then take the short jog over to the Dire Hollow. There are other ways, but end of the story you need to get to (497.29, 1.86, -1141.55). The other popular option is to watch the map as you fly and jump off when you are close to the tunnel shortcut (375, 4, -827).

The zone in is a simple door going down into the ground on a small hill. There is nothing else around so it’s pretty easy to find.

Zone in and prepare to start your Epic Quest!
