Fileyl needs you to collect some Malkaen Weed for him, since he uses it as part of his curing process.
NOTE: The reward item(s) for this quest will not be shown in detail, since you will likely grow out of using them quite quickly.
1) I need to dig up six Malkaen Weeds. These are just outside the gate. If you are in a group, note that two people cannot collect the same weed at the same time. Here is one place I found them: (-490, 248).
2) I need to bring the Malkaen Weed back to Fileyl.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, either Blessed Ancient Choker or Trailblazer Hoop, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Danya's Order.
