Laexyra tells you of the failure of Harnen Taptha, who tried to build in the Field of Ruin, but died without finishing what he started.
1) I need to remind Harnen Taptha that Laexyra Y'Barriath was right. From the quest journal:
"Laexyra Y'Barriath wants me to travel to north of T'Vatar post once again. This time she would like me to remind Harnen Taptha that she warned him not to attempt his project."
Harnen is at the top of a ruined tower, north of the Post (-377, -75). He does not take kindly to your message, and attacks you.
2) Harnen Taptha has attacked me; I must kill him. He is a level 9 down arrow mob.
3) I need to return to Laexyra Y'Barriath.
4) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Reaping.
