Laexyra wants you to deliver something to someone just inside Neriak.
1) I need to speak with Zezas X'Zauzin. He should be just inside Neriak. The zone to Neriak is at the far east of the map. Once there, turn left through the main gates to find Zezas (2, -46).
2) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get XP.
