Laexyra wants you to tell a friend of hers how the whole spirit trapping thing went.
1) I need to talk with Malyl N'Vazin at the Wanderlust Fair. Here are some fine directions I took from another quest Laexyra gives to you: Laexyra says to you:
"To get to the Wanderlust Fair follow the path west. When it splits, take the right fork. You will pass over the Searing Tendril River before the path splits again, this time go left. That will lead you right past the fair on Nightshadow Rise."
Madam Victra is standing between a wagon and a tent (242, -3).
2) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get XP.
