Delivery to Vicaonar
Ilmtar has one last task for you, a delivery.
1) I need to deliver this item to Vicaonar K'Xaar. Here are some fine directions I took from another quest:
"To get to the Wanderlust Fair follow the path west. When it splits, take the right fork. You will pass over the Searing Tendril River before the path splits again, this time go left. That will lead you right past the fair on Nightshadow Rise."
Vicaonar is one of the Dread Guard, and is standing near the mailbox (278, -1).
2) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get XP.
