Missing Recruit, The
I got the badge from a named bear (Stormpaw?), but it can drop off any of the Wellspring Cubs.
1) I should give the insignia to Ginwyss D'Arkenett. She's back at the T'Vatar Post (-369, 44).
2) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, The Missing Recruit.
