Geldax mentions something called "Warp Fatigue", and tells you how things and beings that are near the Warpfront Spire become twisted. He needs you to bring him some samples to study.
1) I need to collect some (8) resonant dust from the warped wisplings at the Warpfront Spire. Geldax tells you:
"Near the pass to the Commonlands, southeast of here, you can find the Warpfront Spire."
He continues:
"If you take the road east out of Wanderlust Fair and then go south at the fork, the Warpfront Spire is south of where the Searing Tendril River splits."
The level 10 Warped Wisplings flit about at the base of the spire (-120, 201). They are quite immune to magic attacks, so be careful if you are a casting class.
2) I need to bring this dust back to Geldax Xalylharil.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Comparisons to the Harrowglade.
