Dih'ha wants you to use a "revitalizing tonic" to rouse some wounded soldiers.
NOTE: The reward item(s) for this quest will not be shown in detail, since you will likely grow out of using them quite quickly.
1) I need to use the revitalizing tonic to revive some (3) of the wounded soldiers fighting for Thulwun Station East. Equip the tonic in your charm slot, and head back to the Station, and to the area where the Sarnak are actively fighting. You will only be able to revitalize wounded Sarnak, though from looking at them I could not tell much difference. Here are the locs for the three I healed (by right-clicking and selecting 'use' on the tonic while the Sarnak is highlighted): (482, 137), (495, 120), and (475, 121).
2) I need to return to Tertiary Dih'ha.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, either Braided Strangler Filaments or Jade Amulet, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Sever the Head.
