Problem Concerning Pirates, The
Shai'dn wants to send you to help support a Standard.
1) I need to take the southern pass from Thulwun Station East down to the beach and speak with Chelduk Hir'vin. Go to the south and head down the steep path toward the beach. Near the end of the path, you'll see Chelduk on your left (455, 435).
2) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Wrecking Crew for the Wrecked Crew.
