Problem Concerning Pirates, The
Chelduk wants you to kill some pirates before they gain a foothold in the territory.
1) I need to kill eight shipwrecked Blackshield pirates. A short distance to the south you'll see a number of level 10 down-arrow Blackshield mobs (483, 537).
2) I need to return to Standard Hir'vin.
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Blackshield Orders.
