Chain of Command, The
The next part of the plan is to capture Blacktalon, so the two Blackshield captains can no longer use him to fly back and forth. You will need some bait before you can rein him.
1) I need a spiced chokidai from the storage cave on the western end of the Green Overlook. Head west towards the water, and you will find another wooden walkway leading to a cave (2897, 861). Once inside, you'll have a few level 11 down-arrow mobs to battle. Pick up the spiced chokidai you'll see lying on the floor (2813, 892).
2) I need to use the spiced chokidai to distract Blacktalon, then rein him in. Head east up the hill and then turn south to find Blacktalon (2828, 964). Equip the bait in your charm slot, use it, and when Blacktalon turns to face you, click on him.
3) I need to speak with Standard Ku'uul.
4) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Step 3: Execution.
