Chain of Command, The
Now you're to ride Blacktalon to the pirate ship and kill Captain Boil.
1) I need to find Blacktalon's tacking post and fly from it to Captain Boil's ship. Ku'uul says to you:
"In the pirate encampment, above the storage cave, you'll find Blacktalon's hitching post."
You can avoid fighting to get to the hitching post (2838, 909). Click it to get a ride on Blacktalon to the boat. Right after you land on the boat, you may be attacked by a level 11 Blackshield. There are a few of these on the boat, though you won't need to kill many to get to Captain Boil, a level 13 mob standing at the helm of the boat (3154, 1136). Once you've killed her, click on the hitching post on the boat to go back.
2) I need to speak with Primary Sha'ki at Gorwyn Beach Outpost. Blacktalon will drop you off at the Gorwyn tower, where Sha'ki is (2313, 1014).
3) After you speak with them to complete your quest, you get your coin reward, XP, either The Wheel of Helmsman Nyles, Varlos' Shipwheel or Empowered Blackshield Bandolier, and you will now be able to take the next quest, The Chain of Command.
