On the docks of Dreg’s Landing is a kerra by the name of Tszuij Adawhi who at first comes off as very adversarial, but apologizes for his rude behavior. Tszuij blames his sour disposition on the fact that he can't find a meal that appeals to his “discerning palate”. He asks for help finding a suitable meal in exchange for a suitable reward.

* Find someone who is knowledgeable in Kunark cuisine. This is the master chef in Teren’s Grasp, Goddin Ratsachak. (loc 2197, 488, -687) Speaking with Goddin completes A Discerning Palate and leads into the next quest.
