Bones, Bones, Everywhere Bones
When you finish the tome collection quest "A Mysterious Red Tome", the book itself offers this quest when read. It is quite illegible on its own.

"Apparently this book belongs to a Sarnak Legate by the name of Emissary Glochk. According to the entry, he last had this book somewhere in the Kylong Plains. I suppose I should try to seek him out and explain that I found the book and its pages scattered everywhere."
Emissary Glochk is found at 1,124, 151, -1,899 in Kylong Plains, near the Highton. From the Highton sokokar post, head east through the hollow tree bridge, then south a short distance along the top edge of the chasm. You'll find him standing in the shelter of the butt of a fallen tree.
He is a grumpy sort, do don't expect a great deal of thanks... but he does offer you another quest, "Bones, Bones, Everywhere Bones," and holds out the promise that you may learn the Di'Zokian language.
You'd best get started.
