While it may not help... try giving the latest nVidia beta drivers, 177.92, a try - seems very solid, lot of performance boost on higher end cards, may help yours out enough to run WAR. It seems to have fixed my occaisional CTD issues, and everything runs smoother so far. =)

Yes, its useful - depending on how many levels yours clears - at least on raids, some form of dispell is very useful in removing damage shields... it'll strip buffs in pvp/duels... etc..

Buffs/Debuffs are cast at certain levels, not necessarily the level of the player/mob - for example, a particular raid target may be a level 84 mob, but cast spells at level 89, so you would need a cure spell/potion that cures at least 89 levels to remove it. The same goes for removing beneficial effects with Dispell Magic... make sense now?

Ah, I was unaware of the new expansion's links to the old world..
While all transport options may/may not be worth getting, the key thing to remember is limitation to number of amenities - if you've got a T3 hall and plenty of funds/status available, they're all worth picking up - the majority of guilds will likely be in T2 halls or have a more limited supply of funds/status, and when you start considering which amenities you really want to have, vs. which ones would just be 'nice' to have, a number of options aren't worth the combined cost of purchase + amenity slot for most folks.
