Even though it took Blizzard soooo long to put out WOTLK, I absolutely love their zone designs for this expansion.

I am allowing two votes since I couldn't pick just one.  So feel free to pick two favorites, if you are so inclined.

I think The Storm Peaks is just plain impressive.  You feel so small and insignificant there, as well you should by so many things related to the Titans.

And Howling Fjord is also really neat.  It has a very Nordic / Viking feel to it.  So those are MY votes. Smiley

I agreed with Tyr on Stormpeaks. My second vote was for Borean Tundra with an *. The section called Coldara is BY FAR my favorite spot...

LOL, Wren.  You at least have to tell us what ones you voted for, and make up some reasons for why!

You could vote for more than one? Dang! I scanned the list of names and narrowed it down to the two I thought were the coolest, Dragonblight and Howling Fjord. I picked the second one because howling is nifty and I probably cannot pronounce fjord correctly. Tongue

I picked Dragonblight because Wrathgate was the first thing to blow me away...had me in tears. The second was Icecrown. I can not wait until an entire expansion is phased...what we do actually *matters*!  Cheesy

Storm Peaks cause it is huuuge, and Blizz finally designed a place that is almost impossible for non-flyers. And music at Thunderfall.

Grizzly Hills as second cause of all the little details, like bears catching fish in the stream and the 'I have truesilver bullets and I'm not afraid to use them' girl and burning trolls and Arugal.

Borean Tundra gets my vote for having the most variety of ecosystems in one zone. Plus it has an iceburg covered in penguins.
