ea's online store sucks

So I pre-ordered Warhammer CE a while back, but recently moved to GA.  Long story short they can't change my shipping address and forced me to cancel my order, and they are no longer accepting pre-orders for the CE anymore.  The customer service I received was horriable, my advice in the future if you can, don't pre-order from EA.

I pre-ordered from Amazon.  The issue with them is, you have to remember to go to the correct section of your account to retrieve your pre-authorization/beta-invite codes and such.  I always forget that and end up sending them an "angry-gram"(tm).  To which they pleasantly reply (three different times now) that I need to go to the correct section of my online account.  They then usually attach the codes to the reply email anyway!  So they are both annoying and nice.

I tried ordering on Amazon but they didn't send me my beta code immediately and there were a lot of concerned comments on the WAR page, so i canceled.  Finally bit the bullet and ordered on Direct2Drive.  Simple, got my code instantly and started download right away.  Sure its non-refundable but hell its better then waiting.... Though that just reminded me that I used the wrong card!  Friggin websites saving credit card info...
