Our Dear Friend and Artist,

As a new Warden I really need a crib sheet to remember all of these gambits.  Where are you when we need you?  Oh, do drop in and play a bit, please.  And do make us some more wonderful artwork to add to our enjoyment.

Cheers,
Digger Goodsong

A Warden crib sheet is an excellent idea. I played one in beta for a while and while the class is great fun, it is impossible to remember what to do when, hehe.

I could do one up in a day if I had the screenshots to work from.

I don't seem to get days off these days, so will have to cram it in when I can.
Also, I've been slowly collecting map data for Moria zones... they take much, much longer to map than in other games I've played. Maps will come. Really. In time.

And Stable Routes? I need to redo that again too, spread them across two pages.

So much work, so little time!

I and my friends will await your crib sheet until you get breathing space.  And those maps must be terribly difficult.  Not only is the area large and complex, but the various heights make for real challenging mapping.  Again, let me share with you how much we enjoy you contributions, and please let the dear Wren know she is also welcome to begin again work on these quests.  So many and such new ideas in them.

Thank you

I'm afraid that Wren will not return. She has moved on to other things, and is currently working on her Master's degree in Library Science. She did write excellent quests. I miss helping her research them.

We do have a quest entry form that anyone can use to enter data, but it is a lot of work to research and write all but the simplest quests in any detail, and, not surprisingly, few have done so.

Hi to all,

It's a pity I did not post this 4 months ago. I have recently made this Wardens Gambits guide and posted it on the official LOTRO Europe forums, but having also posted a Fellowship Maneuvers guide here before, I thought I might as well expand on that. I am pretty sure it includes all the Gambits at this time. It can be used anywhere as I did not use the official 'Doors of Durin' image for the background, rather I made my own rendition. Hope someone finds it useful, even at this late hour!

Thanks, Eriathor!  That's going to be very useful.

It might be useful to have another version that groups Gambits by type (DoT, Hot, Threat, etc.).  What do you think?

That's what I use.

Heh.  Mine is on one of my LotRO spreadsheets.

My Kinnies make fun of my spreadsheets.
...Until they need some information that I can quickly locate for them!

Unfortunately, my crafting spreadsheets are now out of date, and I don't want to give up the game time necessary to revise them all, so I'm doing it in small chunks (usually while crafting).

HI again,

AmAvocet, thx  for the comments, I'll see what I can do. It would be a good idea and something i never thought of Roll Eyes. Would make for quicker reference and quicker learning of the Gambits for some people. If you have not yet downloaded, or looked at my Fellowship Maneuvers chart, it may also prove helpful, here is a link - http://www.thebrasse.com/smf-forums/index.php?topic=315.0

For the Gambits Chart go here:

http://www.burgzerg.com/gambits

Very nicely done and saves Brasse from working too hard trying to get pictures etc.
