I am ill. There is a plague running rampant through SOE right now and it nailed me yesterday.
Congestion, headache, fever, a horridly painful and non-productive cough and exhaustion about sums it up.

I got "home" after 8pm last night and hit the bed for almost twelve hours.
I am loaded up with meds now, but I can tell you that when I get "home" this evening, I am going BACK to bed.

Saturday, I fly home to Orlando, and I'll try to get a comic done on the way. If not, it will be Monday.

Should anyone wish to be a "guest artist" in the interim, please email me. For formatting purposes, the comics are 610px wide including outside borders (height not important).

Thank you for your understanding.

Sign below if you think people with a 'plague' should use their bleepin' sick days and stay home from work!!

Oh yeah, and if your kids are really sick, keep them home too.

Oh no!  I hope you are feeling better soon, Brasse.  Having just recovered from the plague recently myself and having had to work through it, my sympathies are extra-keen.

Take care of yourself.  The comics can wait, of course.

Feel better soon, Brasse.

I hope your yucky plague is not the yucky plague I had (twice) over the holidays. Recovery time was measured in weeks, not days....

It made its way through my home, too. Everyone but my oldest child.  I wonder if that has anything to do with his room being an EPA experiment in progress...He might catch Ebola... but never a simple plain old cold!

Anyway, I didn't leave the house and kept my youngest at home when he had it.  Dr.'s note be damned for his school though!  I refuse to take my kids to the doc every time they get ill.  But that's another discussion Smiley

I hope you get to feeling better real soon Brasse.

Oy, sorry you caught the crud that is sweeping around the San Diego area, Brasse!

The sad part, Wren?  I work with kids in an after school program, and I cannot tell you how many times some poor child tells me that they were throwing up the night before or that morning, and/or they felt sooo hot, but the parental units sent them to school anyway ... despite the policy that if your kid has a fever or has vomitted they are NOT to be in school until 24 hours after the fever breaks or they stop throwing up!

Get better, Brasse!

Get Well Soon!

I've had it myself recently and still dealing with the after effects.  One thing I hate, going to my doctor, paying my co-pay and being told "I'm sorry, it's a virus."  *grumble* Angry

Get better, Dwarf!  Smiley

I've avoided the plague, but have come down with a cold. I'm blessed to be able to work at home ... semi-retired ... so my cold will stay here. Unless my hubby takes it to his job.  hehe
