Having trouble getting launchpad when i installed warhammer.

Hey all...i just bought warhammer and i isntalled it on my pc but im not getting the launchpad icon up on my desktop...im getting some other icon that dont open the launchpad...i was wondering if any u guys have had the same problem at all when installing the game?

Any help would be much appreciated =)

I think I just went into the executable dir and grabbed a shortcut to the .exe itself and put that on the desktop.  Have you looked in the tech support forum on the warhammeronline forums?

thanks for the reply Atherin...yeah i rang the tech support guy at EA here in australia and he said there was a corrupted file in the patcher on the first copies of the game here in australia so he told me to search for warhammer online australian patch and download it and drag it to the warpatcher i had from installation so yeah patcher is working now and its downloading 1.5gig of patches so will see what happens when patching is all complete =)

Might see you guys in game if i can find which server u guys play on and ur game names.
