Ok, I am back. You know, yesterday the worldwide Mystic channel was ablaze, abuzz and all sorts of a-words. Today it has slowed to a desolate...

Bobtic says, "Afternoon all!"
Myssedit says, "no"
Bobtic says, "Huh?"
Barefur says, "no, we haven't found it yet"
Bobtic says, "Well has anyone looked -"
Chorus: YES. WE DID THAT FIVE WAYS FROM SUNDAY, TURNED IT UPSIDE DOWN, INSIDE OUT, HAILED, POKED, PRODDED EVERYTHING THERE.
Bobtic quietly leaves the channel

It doesn't help that people are constantly linking their progress in other channels. Yeah, yeah... we know we're on the short bus.

I think maybe it's because none of us wants a steenkin club. Most of us have spend our Mystical careers seeking out spears that have decent enough stats to justify using them.

Aside from bemoaning and bechecking starter possibilities, the second most common comment is, "it isn't even a spear", followed by various typographic renditions of the sad face. I usually go with =(

Defilers get a spear. That Betrayal quest is starting to look mighty tempting, I tell you.


Maybe tomorrow. Right now, we are getting ready to comb through all the zones again. We sacrificed some Mystics to Karnor's Castle earlier today. Their screams could be heard from Butcherblocks. We'll get it eventually.


Meanwhile, don't you buggers DARE ask me to come and heal you while you complete step 8 of your freaking not-Mystic Epic. Well... ok. If there will be beer.

Thanks ta Gruktar of Befallen, thousands o' Mystics will git some sleep tonight...

Tha Mystic Epic starter is an imprisoned Iksar named Terrus, in Sebilis. Yes, ye kin git to him solo.
Take a Jaguar Totem (cause we don't seem ta have our Mystic Stealth AA yet, hehe)... enter Sebilis, totem up, head to tha mezzanine.

Jump off the left (east) side, being sure ta aim fer tha water.

Take tha tunnel that leads east. When it ends, head straight down till ye see a buncha floaty Sarnak ghosties. At that point, swim out of tha water and head to tha enormous jail cell ye see in tha northeast side of tha room.

NO! Do not go over and try ta pick up tha treacherous glowy! Ye have bin warned! That takes yer invis off, ye dolt!

Anyway.... Terrus is in tha cell mentioned (-73, -132, 121). Take off yer invis (tha mobs will not reach ye if ye stay close to tha cell door), and talk to Terrus. He will give ye a page of his notes.

Yer now set... tha adventure begins fer us too!
