Today's comic is made to celebrate (my new euphemism for "make fun of") Illusionists, in honor of Katariel Nivuliel of Befallen server, who researched and wrote our Illusionist Epic Quest Line for us.

Does anyone else have trouble telling the two characters apart? Or am I the only moron who doesn't quite get it? I'd be suffering some sort of personality disorder if I had to keep track of two of me on the screen at all times.

Illusionists are a real challenge to play, and one of the most rare classes found on any server, along with their ebil counterparts, the Coercers. They are really fascinating classes, for people who love a challenge.

Over the past few weeks, I've gotten to know Katariel's real life counterpart (meaning she has an illusion and an illusion of an illusion in game). She is really an amazing person. Teaches courses, plays EQII and has seven (yah, SEVEN) children. Just like most Illusionists, she is also extremely detail oriented, as her quest walkthrough shows.

I had a lot of fun doing this one... I have Coercer and Ranger on the block too. If I had more TIME, I'd have enough material to do 7 comics a week, but nah, then when would I be able to drink BEER?
