I am a bit late posting the comic today, so I'll keep this short - yer welcome!

In Age of Conan, combat involves performing combos... you hit your combo skill, and then have to hit directional arrows in the correct sequence in order for it to go off.

In early levels, the combos just require one arrow to be hit. Later a second and third are required to complete the more powerful combos.

So lets say you hit all of them in order... and your sweet, sweet combo goes off. Your character is now committed to an often long, convoluted animation sequence.

In the Game Over Podcast, Episode 19, we talk a bit about these combo animations. Specifically, we are pretty sure that while we are doing our arabesques and fancy steps, the MOBS are taking advantage of our poses to whack on us some more.

After the podcast was recorded, I discovered ANOTHER great way to die with combos. If you are pulling in tight quarters, these combos can sashay you gracefully... and inexorably... toward more aggro mobs as you watch, helplessly.

Oh crap.

ps. No, my armor does NOT look like that in game.
At level 40, I am still wearing dull colors and sensible shoes, as shown below. None of that cover of Conan comic and novel look, no siree. There is certainly NO chainmail bikini option... at least not at mid level.
...And no, that's not my mammoth. I felt like a tourist having my picture taken with this one, but they are cool. Sloooooow, but cool.
