The Heavy Metal live event in Warhammer Online is about to end, on December 1st. It has been a LOT of fun.

Heavy Metal leads in to the release of two new classes for WAR: the Black Guard and Knight of the Blazing Sun.

Early on, only one task was released each day. Given my sometimes insane schedule, I was worried that I'd miss some days, fall behind and not be able to earn the coveted, awesome-looking cloak or ability to play the new classes early.

Fortunately, the early hard-core daily task premise soon gave in to the realities of a gamer's real life and we were able to complete the full list of tasks in ANY order, as time allowed. Whew.

Thanks, Mythic, it was a LOT of fun.
Now, if only I could ensure I have the time to play the Black Guard when that early access comes.
