I want feign death as a meeting cop-out.. but knowing me, and the fact I play a couple variants of mage mostly, it would be much too much of a realistic feign.

I think Brasse was on-line when it was just two cans and some waxed string! The industry and the toys may have gotten more cool, but the Brasse remains the Northern Light by which we all can steer.

Now, I will say this for the SOE Community Team: they sure know how to welcome a Dwarf. In addition to lovely blue and white balloons, streamers, cool office supplies, candy and a sign, they had lined up... seven HUGE bottles of dark beer. Like two hands to lift them huge!
I lub yu guyz.
Still, work is work, and I just completed my first week at SOE. I have to tell you, I was so tired at the end of some of those days that I just crawled out of my car, scrabbled to the bed and fell sound asleep. At 8:00pm. Inconceivable!
It ain't glamorous.
It is fascinating and interesting and challenging... and well worth the price of admission to the industry.
There really was that much to take in. Reports, procedures, staffing, processes, more reports, research, meetings, evaluations, reading, more reading, communication up and down the line... but at last I feel like I am able to stand up in my own two boots and contribute to our Community Team.
I still have plenty of gearing up to do, and could use a few more levels, but I am ready for my first raid.
This isn't even marginally humorous as a commentary, for which I apologize. I'll work on funny after I master my new class. Meanwhile, I am heading to bed.
But first...
If you're coming to San Diego for ComicCon, please join us at the SOE Block Party! I'll be there, along with the rest of the Community Team, game demos, devs, free swag, beer, SOE tours, and more. There will be buses running from the Marriott near ComicCon from 4-6pm, and returning to the Marriott till 8pm. Just look for the guy with the SOE sign and climb aboard.
