SOE has just opened up registration for the beta phase of the next expansion, The Shadow Odyssey. Keep in mind, registration does NOT guarantee admittance.

Key things to be aware of:
1) You must have a current EQ2 subscription.
2) Beta character copies - once you register, log into every character you'd like to play around with in beta, and type /beta to add that character to the copy queue.
3) Keep an eye on the official forums, or here, for updates.
