The LOTRO game servers will be brought offline on Monday, November 17th at 4:00PM Eastern in preparation for the update to Mines of Moria, which launches on Tuesday, November 18th! If you'd like to patch before the servers come up, click here for information about the downloadable update. Thanks for playing The Lord of the Rings Online, and we'll see you in the Mines of Moria!

Nov 13, 2008 10:44 EST Beat the street date for Moria and have a copy already? We know you're excited, but don't install it yet! Installing from the Moria disks before Moria officially launches can make your current installation unplayable and require you to re-install Shadows of Angmar to fix it. If you'd like to update your files before Moria goes live, the only safe way to do so is to use the downloadable updater.
