Another LOTRO content update: CITY OF KINGS - don't these people ever sleep?

I do know that Wren is presently chirping in my ear (via MSN) that she happy, particularly with some of the HUNTER changes:

Anything that makes the WRENINATOR happy is good for all that work with her, believe me.
