Bullroarer's Club
Epic - Prologue Hobbit QuestKeeper Brombard Foxtail, of the Mathom-house in Michel Delving, wants you to bring the club called Bullroarer to Bounder Primstone. There it could be displayed next to Golfimbul's skull.
STEPS:
1) Talk to Bounder Primstone, in the Brockenborings Watch Office, far northeast of Michel Delving (27.5s, 68.1w). Primstone is going to the goblin camp to figure things out, and wants you to tell Halros that "I'll have taken care of the goblins soon."
2) Talk to Halros. As before, get to his camp by following the path east out of town, and then heading north (26.7s, 67w).
3) After you speak with him and select "Finish Now", you get XP, and you will now be able to take the next quest, Beneath the Greenfields.
