General QuestOdovacar is worried that the Black Rider is roaming around his farm. He wants you to see if it is true.
STEPS:
1) Search for the Black Rider at night. Do this at Odovacar's pig sties, "in the southern part of Budgeford by the stream." Head a bit south and west to get to Odovacar's pig area, and go at night. The mysterious 'black rider' will show up, talk to him and watch him run away (31.4s, 65.9w).
2) Talk to Odovacar Bolger.
3) After you speak with him and select "Finish Now", you get your coin reward, XP, and you will now be able to take his next quest, Cloak of the Black Rider.
